Seraflam+ Tablet is a combination medication consisting of two active substances. Its purpose is to alleviate pain and inflammation associated with conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. Additionally, it is employed for the relief of muscle pain, back pain, toothache, as well as pain in the ear and throat.

It is a blend of two medications: Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac, classified as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), functions by inhibiting the release of specific chemical messengers in the brain responsible for pain and inflammation, including redness and swelling. On the other hand, Serratiopeptidase, an enzyme, operates by breaking down abnormal proteins at the inflammation site, thereby fostering healing processes.
