The Domax-O Capsule is a prescribed medication employed for managing gastroesophageal reflux disease (commonly known as acid reflux). Its function involves alleviating symptoms like heartburn, stomach pain, or irritation. Additionally, it works to neutralize stomach acid and facilitates the smooth release of gas, thereby minimizing discomfort in the stomach.

The Domax-O Capsule comprises two medications, namely Domperidone and Omeprazole. Domperidone, functioning as a prokinetic, enhances the activity of the upper digestive tract, promoting smoother movement of food through the stomach and intestines. Omeprazole, classified as a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), decreases stomach acid production, thereby providing relief from acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
