Domax-CZ Tablet is a combined medication employed for treating vertigo and motion sickness, effectively preventing symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and other associated manifestations.

Domax-CZ is prescribed for the treatment of inner ear disorders, vertigo, nausea, and vomiting. The combination includes Cinnarizine and Domperidone. Cinnarizine, functioning as an antihistamine, inhibits the effects of histamine in the brain, thereby alleviating symptoms of travel sickness. Additionally, it acts as a calcium channel blocker, enhancing blood circulation in the inner ear and reducing symptoms associated with vertigo, tinnitus (ear ringing), and Meniere's disease. Domperidone, on the other hand, is an anti-emetic drug that blocks dopamine action in the brain, addressing nausea and vomiting. It also serves as a prokinetic agent, regulating acid reflux and promoting stomach muscle movements and contractions.
